With the widespread use of automatic assembly systems, it is essential to have good quality fasteners. PACE Sorting Machines make this possible by rejecting all defective parts. The machines will also separate the accidental mixtures of work, which are inevitable in any high volume plant producing fastener products.
PACE Sorting Machines use well proven methods throughout but come in two basic types; the first type of machine feeds parts into a continuously rotating inspection disc, the second type of machine has the option of indexing the inspection disc for Eddy-Current Crack Detection.
Having encountered a variety of sorting problems by customers in many different sectors, we have developed our machines to accommodate a range of inspection methods. It is possible to combine several methods in one machine and thereby offer a very flexible solution.
